Yoga Connections – Connecting you to all that is.

Classes run throughout the year at Spiral Books and Gifts in Toorak and in 2009 will move to our new studioin Prahran. We have a lovely space that is warm and cosy where we work deeply into postures by creating heat through the body and allowing our muscles to lengthen and strengthen.

Classes are suitable for all levels and causal attendance is very welcomed. New themes will be introduced throughout the weeks and we will always work understanding our connections to the season and all that we are surrounded by. Various beginners courses will run throughout the year so be sure to contact us to register your interest.
